Brain Teaser
Terms of Service
Plain-English version. Effective 2026-05-21.
By playing Brain Teaser, you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable, not to trap you.
The game
Brain Teaser is provided as-is, for entertainment. We make no warranty — no promise that it will work on every device, that progress will never be lost, or that any feature will remain available. We do our best, but we cannot guarantee uptime or bug-free gameplay.
Purchases
- All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by Stripe's own refund policy or by the laws of your country.
- Virtual items (gems, lives, cosmetics) have no real-world value and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred outside the game.
- If a purchase fails to unlock your content due to a technical error on our end, email us and we will make it right.
What you agree not to do
- No reverse engineering — do not decompile, disassemble, or extract the game code for redistribution.
- No cheating — do not use bots, scripts, memory editors, or other tools to gain unfair advantages.
- No harassment — Brain Teaser has no multiplayer now, but if community features are added in the future, treat other players with basic respect. Harassment, hate speech, and threats are grounds for removal.
- No abuse of the save system — do not attempt to manipulate the cloud save in ways that exploit or overload the server.
Content and updates
We reserve the right to add, change, remove, or rebalance levels, mechanics, pricing, and monetization at any time without notice. The game will evolve. If a change removes content you paid for, we will either restore equivalent value or refund the affected purchase — whichever is more practical.
Intellectual property
Brain Teaser and all its art, music, and code belong to their respective creators. Playing the game does not give you any license to reproduce or distribute any part of it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Disputes
- Small claims: either party may bring a claim in small claims court in the player's local jurisdiction. No arbitration required for small claims.
- Claims over $1,000: disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under standard commercial arbitration rules. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial for these claims. Class actions are not available for arbitration under these terms.
- Nothing here prevents you from filing a complaint with your local consumer protection authority.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to play after that date means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, your remedy is to stop playing and request deletion of your data.
